Maine Center for Elder Law attorney Martin Womer will teach these two popular and informative classes this fall at Old Orchard Beach/Saco Adult & Community Education. Both classes will be held at Old Orchard Beach High School and the cost for each single-session class is just $29.

Caregiver Classes

Stress Management for Family Caregivers, Tuesday, September 11, 5-6p.m., Sam Cohen Center, Biddeford

This class will help you recognize the sources of stress, understand the impact stress can have on your own health and well-being, and identify some strategies to manage stress. Refreshments provided.

Setting Limits: Healthy Personal Boundaries for Caregivers, September 25, 5-6p.m. Stewart Center, Falmouth

This class will offer ideas to make setting limits and establishing boundaries easier and more effective. Refreshments provided.

Can We Talk? Communicating with Healthcare Providers, October 19, 1-2p.m., Martin's Point, Scarborough

This class will give you the insight and tools you need to participate as an effective member of your family member's health care team. Light refreshments provided.
