Our process for working with every new prospective client starts with a conflicts check. Our staff needs to obtain the name(s) of the prospective client(s), and the names and locations (towns and states) of the client's children and/or other close family members, and any other people associated with client's planning. Our staff also needs to collect some very general information about the nature of the inquiry so we can make a first-level decision about whether the proposed client matter is within the areas of legal assistance that we provide, or whether to refer the prospective client to another firm without further inquiry on our part.
When inquiring to us via our website, please do not disclose detailed private information prior to the Center becoming officially engaged to assist you. Appointments with clients generally occur between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays. Thank you.
