Mark A. Woronoff, Esq., Attorney at Law

Mark helps families find solutions for their long-term care planning needs as well as developing estate plans that are tailored to the individual. Additionally, Mark has extensive experience in Probate and Trust Administration matters and guardian/conservatorships. Mark believes in a collaborative approach to estate planning. He frequently works with the client’s financial advisors and other professionals to ensure the client’s needs are fully met. Mark earned his LLM (Masters of Law) in Estate Planning and Elder Law from Western New England University School of Law in 2015 and focuses his practice entirely in this area of the law. He has been practicing law since 2007, having served as an Assistant District Attorney in York County for several years, and as a general practitioner to begin his career. Prior to that, Mark earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern Maine (2003) and his J.D. from Western New England College School of Law (2007). Mark joined the Maine Center for Elder Law at Perkins Thompson in 2020.

Outside of work, Mark and his wife enjoy playing on co-ed sports teams, walking their two dogs on the beautiful beaches of Maine, traveling, and getting together with friends. He has a grown son who lives in California and Mark is very proud to serve on the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish Maine.
